Asain Vege Rice Paper Wraps

Instructions

1.    Chop all the veges roughly, put in a bowl and pour over a little tamari / soy sauce to marinate. 

2.     Blend all the sauce ingredients until smooth, adding water as need to make it creamy.

3.    Prepare some rice paper by soaking it in hot water for a minute or two until it's super pliable. OR just get out some nori seaweed sheets. Spoon a little of the sauce into the nori or rice paper and then load on the vege mix. Wrap it up. Repeat until you use up all the veges. 

Ingredients

Wraps:

  • 1 avocado

  • 1/3 cup corn

  • 1 capsicum

  • 2-3 mushrooms

  • Any other veg you like/have eg. red onion, cucumber, tomato, carrot

  • Tamari / soy sauce for marinating

  • Rice paper

Sauce:

  • 1 Tbsp mustard

  • 1 Tbsp miso

  • 1 Tbsp nut butter

  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast

  • Salt & Pepper
