Vegetarian Chilli

Instructions

  1. Add everything to the pan, cook for ten minutes, adjust seasonings to taste.

  2. Throw into a lettuce cup, wholemeal wrap, on brown rice or eat with natural corn chips.

Ingredients

  • 2 tins chilli beans

  • 1 tin corn

  • 2 tins tomatoes

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 2 capsicum, diced

  • 2 carrots, grated

  • Garlic

  • Mixed herbs and spices, salt and pepper to taste
