Vegetarian Chilli
Instructions
Add everything to the pan, cook for ten minutes, adjust seasonings to taste.
Throw into a lettuce cup, wholemeal wrap, on brown rice or eat with natural corn chips.
Ingredients
2 tins chilli beans
1 tin corn
2 tins tomatoes
1 onion, diced
2 capsicum, diced
2 carrots, grated
Garlic
Mixed herbs and spices, salt and pepper to taste
