Chocolate Balls

Instructions

1.    Soak dates, cashews and raisins for 2-4 hours in cold water. 

2.     Drain and press away any excess water.

3.     Blend together with cacao into a fine paste.

4.     Roll into balls

5.    If mixture is too moist: either roll balls in fine nut crumbs or put balls on a baking sheet and ‘dehydrate’ until dry in an oven at 45°C.

  • 200g cashews

  • 50g raisins

  • 45g cacao
