Snickers Slice
Instructions
1. In a food processor blitz the peanuts, dates, cacao powder and maple syrup or honey until you have a slightly sticky mixture, add the water as required.
2. Remove the mixture from the food processor and smooth into a lined loaf tin.
3. Place the tin in the fridge to firm up.
4. Meanwhile in a large bowl mix the peanut butter and maple syrup or honey until smooth.
5. Remove the base layer from the fridge and smooth this layer over it.
6. Place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to allow it to firm up.
7. Remove from the freezer top with chopped peanuts and cacao nibs.
8. Cut into slices and enjoy!

3 Tbsp cacao powder
1 Tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
1-2 tsp water (optional)
½ cup smooth peanut butter
2 Tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
Handful peanuts
Handful cacao nibs
Pinch sea salt
