Peanut Butter Cacao Banana Smoothie
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Ingredients
flesh of 2 frozen bananas
flesh of 1 small or 1/2 medium ripe avocado
3-4 Tbsp good-quality peanut butter (only contains peanuts and salt)
2-3 Tbsp raw cacao powder
milk (almond, rice, soy, oat) just enough to cover ingredients in the blender
