Peanut Butter Cacao Banana Smoothie

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

 

Makes: 2 servings  

Ingredients

  • flesh of 2 frozen bananas 

  • flesh of 1 small or 1/2 medium ripe avocado 

  • 3-4 Tbsp good-quality peanut butter (only contains peanuts and salt)

  • 2-3 Tbsp raw cacao powder 

  • milk (almond, rice, soy, oat) just enough to cover ingredients in the blender
