Strawberry Vanilla Smoothie

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries or raspberries (fresh or frozen) 

  • 1 ½ cups milk (almond, rice, soy, oat)

  • 1 Tbsp liquid honey 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
