Nutty Fudge Brownie
Ingredients
- 
300g jar of cacao nut butter (eg. Nut Brothers or Fix and Fogg) 
- 
4 eggs 
- 
1/4 cup brown sugar 
- 
pinch of salt 
- 
1 large ripe banana, well mashed 
- 
1/4 cup maple syrup 
- 
1 tsp vanilla essence 
- 
2 Tbsp cacao powder 
- 
1/4 cup chopped walnuts 
Instructions
- 
Scoop out nut butter into a microwave safe bowl, and microwave for 1 minute to soften. 
- 
Beat eggs, sugar and salt in a bowl with an electric mixer until pale and creamy (on high for around 5 minutes). 
- 
Add nut butter, banana, maple syrup, vanilla and cacao powder to the egg mix and beat on low for 1-2 minutes. 
- 
Pour mix into a lined baking tray and bake for 15-18 minutes. 
- 
Slice and store in the refrigerator.
