Introducing solids to your little one can be a daunting task

There is so much well-meaning and conflicting advice out there. Which of the thousands of google hits do you spend your time precious time reading? And how do you interpret and implement so many different opinions?

My goal is to use research and evidenced-based information, plus my personal experience, to make this process straightforward and simple for you.

Meet Julia, Host of Starting Solids

Julia, mum to Chloë, holds a master's degree in dietetics and is a registered dietitian with nine years of industry experience. Throughout her career, she particularly enjoyed creating menus for early childhood centres nationwide. As a mum, Julia finds joy in preparing new meals for her daughter. Her approach to this course combines the perspective and expertise of a mum with a commitment to delivering practical, evidence-based information.
