Chilli and Lime Glazed Salmon with Broccoli
Ingredients

4 tsp soy sauce 
- 
2 Tbsp lime juice 
- 
2 tsp minced ginger 
- 
2 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce 
- 
2 salmon steaks 
- 
1 broccoli, chopped 
- 
2 radishes, sliced 
Instructions
- 
Mix the glaze ingredients, pour oven salmon before cooking. 
- 
Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat, add salmon and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. 
- 
In a wok, stir-fry broccoli and radish in olive oil, salt and pepper for 5-10 minutes. 
Serves 2
