Slow Cooked Italian Sausage Pasta Bake
Instructions
- 
Remove skin from sausages and chop each one into 6-8 pieces. 
- 
Place sausages and all other ingredients (apart from peas/beans and pasta) in the slow cooked, mix well. 
- 
Cook on low for 8 hours. 30 minutes before eating - add in pasta and beans and turn up to high.

1 onion, diced

3 carrots, chopped

1/2 celery, chopped

4 tsp garlic, minced 
- 
3 cans tinned tomatoes 
- 
1 cup beef stock 
- 
1/2 tsp rosemary 
- 
1/2 tsp basil 
- 
1/2 tsp thyme 
- 
1/2 tsp oregano 
- 
Salt and pepper 
- 
200g frozen peas or edamame beans 
- 
400g wholemeal pasta
