Nut Butter Yoghurt and Chia Jam Overnight Oats
Ingredients

1.5 cups frozen raspberries, defrosted 
- 
1.5 Tbsp chia seeds 
- 
2 cups natural yoghurt 
- 
3 Tbsp nut butter 
- 
1.5 Tbsp maple syrup 
- 
1 tsp vanilla 
- 
1 cup oats 
- 
1 banana, sliced 
- 
1/4 cup nuts, chopped 
- 
2 Tbsp coconut, shredded 
- 
1 Tbsp cacao nibs 
Instructions
- 
Chia jam: mix raspberries with chia seeds. Store in the fridge. 
- 
Nut butter yoghurt: mix yoghurt, nut butter, maple syrup and vanilla. 
- 
Divide yoghurt into four bowls and stir through 1/4 cup oats in each bowl, leave in the fridge overnight. 
- 
In four bowls/jars/cups: make two layers of the yoghurt oat mix, banana, and jam. Top each with 1/4 of the nuts, coconut and cacao nibs.
