Healthier Choc and Raspberry Brownie
Instructions
- 
Preheat the oven to 150°C, line a 20cm square baking tray with baking paper. 
- 
Melt butter/coconut oil, honey/maple syrup and chocolate in a pot over medium heat, stirring frequently. 
- 
Place chocolate mixture, black beans, baking powder and eggs in a food processor and blend until smooth and well combined. 
- 
Transfer mixture into baking tray and scatter raspberries over the top. 
- 
Bake for 20-25 minutes until set but still fudgey. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before placing in the fridge for 20 minutes to set.

4 Tbsp honey or pure maple syrup

100g dark cooking chocolate 
- 
400g tin black beans, rinsed 
- 
1 tsp baking powder 
- 
2 eggs 
- 
1 cup frozen raspberries, defrosted
