Nut & Cacao Plant-based Pancakes
Ingredients

2 bananas, mashed 
- 
1 cup wholegrain oats (or ground almonds for gluten free) 
- 
100ml almond or soy milk 
- 
3 Tbsp nut butter 
- 
1.5 Tbsp cacao 
- 
1 flax egg (1 Tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 Tbsp water, mixed and left to stand for 1 minute) 
Instructions
- 
Blitz all ingredients in a food processor. 
- 
Pour 1/4 of the mixture into a pan on medium heat with a little coconut oil, cook for 3-4 minutes on either side. 
Serves 2
