Instructions

  1. Base: cook sticky rice (Jasmine or sushi rice), quinoa, cauli rice or even noodles.

  2. Add raw or cooked chopped protein: tuna, salmon, prawns, chicken, tofu.

  3. Add raw chopped veges: eg. edamame, spring onion, pickles, capsicum, avocado, bean sprouts, carrot, radish, cucumber, corn.

  4. Add toppings: soy sauce, sriracha, katsu sauce, picked ginger, sesame seeds, mayo, seaweed, chilli flakes.
