Mango, Banana And Ricotta

This mango, banana and ricotta mash is a lovely naturally sweet treat for your baby. The ricotta adds a creamy texture and is great for introducing dairy as an allergen. Quick to make with no cooking required.

Ingredients

  • 300g mango (1 small, or use frozen)

  • 1 chopped banana

  • ¾ cup ricotta

Method

  1. Blend or mash mango and banana together.

  2. Stir through ricotta.

Serving Suggestion

Serve on a preloaded spoon — the chunky texture is great for babies learning to manage different textures.
