Tuna And Broccoli

This tuna and broccoli puree is a quick and nutritious meal for your baby. Tinned tuna is packed with omega-3, and the broccoli adds iron and vitamin C and folate. It’s simple to make and freezes well.

Ingredients

  • 400g broccoli florets

  • 180g tinned tuna, drained

  • ¾ cup water

Method

  1. Boil or steam broccoli. Blend with tuna and water.

  2. Spoon into ice trays and freeze.
