Cranberry and Nut Butter Seed Slice
Ingredients

2 cups wholemeal oats 
- 
1 cup sesame seeds 
- 
1 cup pumpkin seeds 
- 
1 cup sunflower seeds 
- 
80g coconut oil or butter, melted 
- 
1/3 cup honey 
- 
1/3 cup pure maple syrup 
- 
1/3 cup nut butter 
- 
1 cup cranberries 
Instructions
- 
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a 30cm x 24cm slice tin with baking paper. 
- 
Combine the oats and seeds in an oven tray and roast for around 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Place in a bowl and allow to cool. 
- 
Combine coconut oil or butter, honey, maple syrup and nut butter in a bowl. Stir in cranberries. 
- 
Mix wet and dry ingredients together. 
- 
Press into a prepared tin and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours to set. 
- 
Cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
