Prawn Poke Bowl
Ingredients
Sauce

2 Tbsp honey

2 Tbsp chilli sauce

4 tsp sesame oil

6 Tbsp soy sauce
Rice bowl

2 cups rice
-
2 carrots
-
1 capsicum
-
300g edamame beans
-
1 spring onion
-
500g prawns
-
2 tsp sesame seeds

Aioli
Instructions

Cook rice in a rice cooker with 4 cups water.

Chop capsicum and carrot into thin strips. Finely chop coriander. Chop spring onion into rounds.

Mix sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.

Cook edamame beans in 1 Tbsp olive oil over high heat for 5 minutes or until cooked. Stir frequently. Set aside.

Cook prawns in a dash of olive oil for 1 minutes either side. Drain. Then add in sauce ingredients and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Divide all ingredients between bowls and top with sesame seeds and aioli.
Serves 4-5
