Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients

2 Tbsp chia seeds 
- 
1/2 cup milk of choice 
- 
1 tsp honey 
- 
Topping ideas: frozen berries, sliced banana, chopped stone fruit or kiwifruit, crushed nuts, seeds, shredded coconut. 
Instructions
- 
Put chia seeds, milk and honey into a jar or mug. Mix well. Leave for 2-3 minutes, and then mix thoroughly again. 
- 
Cover and store in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours. 
- 
When ready to eat, take out of the fridge and top with desired toppings. 
Serves 1.
