Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Topping ideas: frozen berries, sliced banana, chopped stone fruit or kiwifruit, crushed nuts, seeds, shredded coconut.

Instructions

  1. Put chia seeds, milk and honey into a jar or mug. Mix well. Leave for 2-3 minutes, and then mix thoroughly again.

  2. Cover and store in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.

  3. When ready to eat, take out of the fridge and top with desired toppings.

Serves 1.
