Choc Nut Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp nut butter

  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder

  • 7 dates, chopped

  • 1½ Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blitz all of the ingredients together in a food processor.

  2. Roll into balls and set in the fridge.
