Beef Puree

Beef is one of the best sources of iron for your baby, as well as protein, zinc and vitamin B12. Introducing iron sources early is really important. This simple mince puree is quick to make and freezes brilliantly, so you can always have some ready to mix with vege purees.

Ingredients

  • 200g beef mince

Method

  1. Pan fry around 200g beef mince until cooked through, around 10 minutes.

  2. Blend with a little water into a smooth consistency.

  3. Spoon into ice trays and freeze.
