About
Hello, I'm Julia
I'm a NZ registered dietitian, mum of two, host of the Little Bites podcast, and creator of the Starting Solids course. I help families feel calm and confident about food.
I mix the latest research with down-to-earth strategies. I care about balanced nutrition, moving your body, taking time to rest, and staying connected to the people around you. Most of all, I care about sustainable habits: the kind you can actually keep up long term.
I have a particular focus on supporting parents and caregivers, especially with introducing solids, because healthy eating habits really do start early. Along the way I've also spent years creating menus for early childhood centres around the country.
I also support adults who want to feel better and more confident about food, whether that's improving energy levels, supporting gut health, building balanced habits, or navigating a specific health condition like diabetes, high cholesterol or IBS.
