Together we create a clear, sustainable plan that fits your life, with practical next steps you can start straight away.

    What I can help with

    Support for every stage

    Pregnancy nutrition

Pregnancy comes with a lot of questions, and I'm here to help you feel confident about what you're eating and why. As a registered dietitian, I provide personalised nutrition advice to support you through every stage of pregnancy, from conception to postpartum.

Whether you're dealing with morning sickness, managing gestational diabetes, following a plant-based diet, or just want to make sure you're covering all your nutritional bases, I offer realistic, evidence-based guidance that fits your lifestyle.

    Baby nutrition and starting solids

Starting solids is an exciting (and sometimes overwhelming) stage, and I'm here to help make it easier, clearer and more enjoyable for both you and your baby. As a mum of two, I've been there myself, so I know how big that first spoonful can feel.

As a registered dietitian specialising in infant and toddler nutrition (and a mum who has done it twice), I support parents with personalised advice on when and how to introduce solids, whether you're spoon-feeding, trying baby-led weaning, or doing a mix of both. I cover everything from iron-rich first foods and allergen introduction to texture progression, meal planning and managing feeding challenges.

    Toddler and preschooler nutrition

Feeding toddlers and preschoolers can be full of ups and downs, from food refusal and fussy eating to constant snacking and mealtime battles. As a registered dietitian and a mum, I've had my share of dinners pushed away too, so I know how stressful it can be. I help take the stress out of feeding your little one with practical, evidence-based strategies tailored to your family.

I offer one-on-one support for common challenges like picky eating, iron intake, balanced meals, growth concerns and creating positive mealtime routines. Whether you're worried your toddler isn't eating enough (or only eating beige foods!) or just want to feel more confident about their nutrition, I'm here to help.

My approach is supportive, realistic and focused on helping you build long-term habits without restrictive diets or overwhelm. Together, we'll create a clear, sustainable plan that fits your life, whether that's meal ideas, supplement guidance, or strategies to feel more confident about food.
