Little Bites ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Little Bites app collects, uses, and protects your information.
Information We Collect
Little Bites stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. The app stores the following data on your device only:
Baby profile information (name, date of birth, parent name)
Food tracking logs and preferences
Meal photos taken within the app
Poop and reaction logs
Course purchase status
Notification preferences
Photos and Camera
Little Bites uses your device's camera to take photos of your baby's meals for the food journal. Photos are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server. Photos are only shared when you choose to share them using the built-in share feature.
Notifications
With your permission, Little Bites may send local notifications to remind you about new content (podcast episodes and blog posts). You can manage notification preferences in the app's settings or through your device's system settings.
In-App Purchases
Little Bites offers an optional video course as a one-time in-app purchase. Purchases are processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information.
Third-Party Services
Little Bites accesses the following external content:
Podcast episodes via RSS feed (hosted on Spotify/Anchor)
Blog posts via RSS feed (hosted on Squarespace)
Course videos streamed from Bunny.net CDN
These services may collect standard web traffic data (such as IP addresses) according to their own privacy policies. Little Bites does not share any personal data with these services.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties. All your data remains on your device.
Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time by deleting the Little Bites app from your device. Since all data is stored locally, deleting the app permanently removes all information.
Children's Privacy
Little Bites is designed for parents and caregivers. The app does not knowingly collect information from children. All data entered is provided by the parent or caregiver.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
