Almond Banana Pancakes

These almond banana pancakes are a brilliant finger food for your baby. With just three ingredients, they’re quick to whip up and are packed with protein and healthy fats. The almond meal is great for introducing the tree nut allergen too.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup almond ground

  • 3 eggs, whisked

  • 1 banana, mashed

Method

  1. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Add a dash of olive oil to a frying pan over medium heat.

  3. Cook tablespoon amounts for a few minutes either side until golden and cooked through.
