Chicken Mince Puree
Chicken mince makes a lovely smooth puree that’s full of protein and iron for your baby. It’s quick to cook and freezes well, so it’s a great one to batch cook and have ready to mix with vege purees throughout the week.
Ingredients
200g chicken mince
Method
Pan fry around 200g chicken mince until cooked through, around 10 minutes.
Blend with a little water into a smooth consistency.
Spoon into ice trays and freeze.
