Chicken Mince Puree

Chicken mince makes a lovely smooth puree that’s full of protein and iron for your baby. It’s quick to cook and freezes well, so it’s a great one to batch cook and have ready to mix with vege purees throughout the week.

Ingredients

  • 200g chicken mince

Method

  1. Pan fry around 200g chicken mince until cooked through, around 10 minutes.

  2. Blend with a little water into a smooth consistency.

  3. Spoon into ice trays and freeze.
