Raspberry Chia Jam

This raspberry chia jam is a brilliant no-sugar alternative to regular jam. The chia seeds thicken it up naturally and add extra nutrition. It’s so versatile — spread it on pancakes, stir it into porridge, or use it in muffin recipes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups berries

  • ½ cup water

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot, bring to the boil then reduce heat to low and stir for five minutes.

  2. Spread on pancakes, stir into porridge, use in muffin recipes.
