Tofu Vege Patties

These tofu vege patties are a fantastic plant-based finger food for your baby. They’re soft enough for little gums and easy to hold, making them perfect for self-feeding. A great way to introduce tofu as an allergen too.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tofu, chopped

  • 2 cups veges, cooked and mashed

Method

  1. Mash tofu and mix with veges.

  2. Roll into golf ball sized pieces and flatten into patties.

  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties for a few minutes on either side.
