    Slow Cooker Pulled Beef

So easy and so versatile. Spoon it over rice, mashed potato, pasta or polenta, or use it as a filling for tacos, quesadillas, burritos, sliders or baked potatoes. Serve with sour cream, grated cheese and fresh coriander.
