Banana Puree

Banana is one of the easiest and quickest first foods for your baby. It’s naturally sweet and creamy, needs no cooking, and is perfect for when you need a snack in a hurry.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

Method

  1. Remove skin.

  2. Mash with the back of a fork, or blend with a little water until smooth.

Serving Suggestion

Serve on a preloaded spoon, or mash and mix with yoghurt for a thicker texture.
