Berries Puree

Berries are packed with antioxidants and vitamin C, and their vibrant colours make mealtimes exciting for little ones. Using frozen berries means you can make this puree any time of year.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berries

Method

  1. Defrost around 1 cup frozen berries in a bowl in the fridge overnight.

  2. Blend in a food processor until smooth, add a little water if needed.

  3. Spoon into ice trays and freeze.

Serving Suggestion

Serve on a preloaded spoon, or swirl through porridge or yoghurt for added flavour.
