Fruit And Yoghurt Puree

This fruit and yoghurt puree is a delicious and naturally sweet treat for your baby. The pear and raspberries cook down beautifully, and stirring through yoghurt adds protein and calcium. You can swap in other fruits like apple, plum, banana, blueberries, or nectarines too.

Ingredients

  • 1 pear, finely chopped

  • 125g frozen raspberries

  • 10ml water

  • ¾ cup natural yoghurt

Method

  1. Add pear, raspberries and water to a pot over medium heat and stir occasionally for around 5–10 minutes until pear has softened. Cool. Blend until smooth.

  2. Stir through yoghurt.

  3. Spoon into ice trays and freeze.

Serving Suggestion

Serve on a preloaded spoon as a snack, or alongside porridge for breakfast.
