Bliss Balls
These bliss balls are a fantastic no-bake snack for your baby. They’re packed with energy from dates, oats, and peanut butter, making them a great option for busy days. The peanut butter is also excellent for allergen introduction.
Ingredients
6 dates
1 cup oats
1 cup LSA
1 Tbsp chia seeds
3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
½ cup peanut butter
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Method
Soak dates in a bowl of boiling water for a few minutes.
Blitz oats into a powder in a food processor or blender. Add dates and other ingredients to the food processor and combine well.
Roll into around 15 balls.
Serving Suggestion
Serve whole or cut in half for younger babies — these are a great on-the-go snack.
