    Cauliflower Puree

Cauliflower makes a lovely mild puree that’s perfect for babies just starting solids. Its provides vitamin C, folate and fibre. Its gentle flavour pairs well with other veges too, so it’s great for mixing once your baby is ready. Easy to batch cook and freeze for busy days.
