Cottage Pie
This puree cottage pie is a wonderful way to introduce your baby to the classic comfort flavours of a cottage pie. Packed with iron-rich beef and naturally sweet kumara and carrot, it blends up beautifully into a smooth puree that’s perfect for early eaters.
Ingredients
150g rump steak, diced
½ small kumara, diced
1 large carrot, chopped
1 ½ cups water
Method
Add all ingredients to a pot and boil until veges soften and beef is cooked through (about 20 minutes).
Blend until smooth.
Spoon into ice trays and freeze.
