Fish And Kumara
This fish and kumara puree is a simple and nutritious meal for your baby. Steaming keeps all the goodness in, and the naturally sweet kumara pairs beautifully with the mild white fish.
Ingredients
150g skinless firm white fish
1 small kumara, diced
1/3 cup water
Method
Place fish and kumara in a steamer over a saucepan of boiling water for 8 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
Transfer fish to a plate, steam kumara for an extra 4 minutes or until tender. Cool slightly and blend with water.
Spoon into ice trays and freeze.
