Fish And Kumara

This fish and kumara puree is a simple and nutritious meal for your baby. Steaming keeps all the goodness in, and the naturally sweet kumara pairs beautifully with the mild white fish.

Ingredients

  • 150g skinless firm white fish

  • 1 small kumara, diced

  • 1/3 cup water

Method

  1. Place fish and kumara in a steamer over a saucepan of boiling water for 8 minutes or until fish is cooked through.

  2. Transfer fish to a plate, steam kumara for an extra 4 minutes or until tender. Cool slightly and blend with water.

  3. Spoon into ice trays and freeze.
