Egg Puree

Egg is a fantastic source of protein and healthy fats for your baby, and it’s one of the key allergens to introduce early. These soft scrambled eggs are quick to make and have a lovely smooth texture that’s perfect for little ones.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

Method

  1. Crack two eggs into a bowl and gently whisk.

  2. Pour into a pan on low-medium heat. Leave to heat up briefly.

  3. Continuously push the egg around the pan with a spatula to allow it to evenly cook.

  4. Mash with the back of a fork.

  5. Use within 2–3 days.

Serving Suggestion

Serve on a preloaded spoon for younger babies, or as soft finger food pieces for older ones.
