Fish Pie
This fish pie puree is a lovely way to introduce your baby to fish. It’s packed with protein and iron from the spinach, and the potato gives it a creamy, smooth texture. Great for batch cooking and freezing.
Ingredients
1 large potato, chopped
1 ½ cups water
100g firm white fish fillets, chopped
30g baby spinach leaves
Method
Add potato and water to a pot and boil until potato is soft, remove potato. Leave water in the pot and add fish and spinach, boil until fish is cooked through.
Drain the water, add the potato back in and blend until smooth.
Spoon into ice trays and freeze.
