Sardines Puree

Tinned sardines are a fantastic source of omega-3 and calcium for your baby. They need no cooking and are ready in minutes, making them a great quick meal option.

Ingredients

  • 1 tin sardines

Method

  1. Pour tinned sardines into a bowl.

  2. Mash with the back of a fork or blend in a food processor until smooth.

  3. Use within 2–3 days.

Serving Suggestion

Serve on a preloaded spoon, or mix with avocado or a vege puree for a balanced meal.
