Kiwifruit Puree

Kiwifruit is packed with vitamin C and has a lovely tangy-sweet flavour that many babies enjoy. It’s quick to prepare with no cooking needed, making it a great option for a fresh snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwifruit

Method

  1. Cut in half and scoop out the flesh.

  2. Mash with the back of a fork, or blend with a little water until smooth.

Serving Suggestion

Serve on a preloaded spoon, or mix with banana or pear puree to mellow the tanginess.
