Mango Puree

Mango is a great source of vitamin A, C and fibre. Using frozen mango makes this puree super easy to prepare any time of year.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango

Method

  1. Defrost around 1 cup frozen mango in a bowl in the fridge overnight.

  2. Blend in a food processor until smooth, add a little water if needed.

  3. Spoon into ice trays and freeze.

Serving Suggestion

Serve on a preloaded spoon, or mix with yoghurt for older babies who have been introduced to dairy.
