This veges and cheese mash is one of the quickest meals you can make for your baby. It’s a great way to use up any leftover cooked veges, and the melted cheese adds flavour and is perfect for allergen introduction.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp cooked veges

  • 1 Tbsp grated cheese

Method

  1. Mash any variety of cooked veges.

  2. Warm and top with grated cheese.

Serving Suggestion

Serve on a preloaded spoon — try different vege combos each time to keep things interesting.
