Chicken and Vege Satay
Ingredients
- 
700g chicken 
- 
1 broc 
- 
1 bag bok choy 
- 
1 leek 
- 
1 packet sprouts Sauce 
- 
1 tsp ginger 
- 
3 tsp garlic 
- 
½ tsp cumin 
- 
1 tsp coriander 
- 
2 tsp turmeric 
- 
½ tsp chilli flakes 
- 
150g peanuts, crushed 
- 
1 cup water 
- 
¼ cup soy sauce 
- 
Salt and pepper 
- 
Olive oil 
Instructions
- 
Cook chicken with olive oil in a pan until cooked through. Set aside. 
- 
Chop vegetables and cook in olive oil until slightly softened. 
- 
Mix sauce ingredients together. 
- 
Add chicken and sauce into pan with the veges. Mix well.
