Banana And Blueberry Muffins

These banana and blueberry muffins are super simple with just four ingredients and no added sugar. The banana provides natural sweetness, eggs boost the protein and the blueberries are packed with antioxidants. Batch bake and freeze for easy snacks.

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas, mashed

  • 7 eggs, whisked

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • Blueberries

Method

  1. Mix bananas, eggs and cinnamon in a bowl.

  2. Pour into silicon muffin tins and top each with 3 blueberries.

  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.

Serving Suggestion

Serve whole for little hands to grab — these are soft and easy for babies to bite into.
