Beans Puree

Green beans are a great vege to introduce to your baby. They provide fibre, protein and iron. This quick puree uses frozen beans, making it super easy to prepare. It freezes well and mixes beautifully with other purees for added variety.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen beans

Method

  1. Place 1 cup frozen beans in a bowl of water.

  2. Cook in the microwave for 3–4 minutes.

  3. Drain the water and blend until smooth.

  4. Spoon into ice trays and freeze.
