Salmon And Carrot

This salmon and carrot puree is a great balanced meal for your baby. The tinned salmon provides omega-3 and protein, while the carrot, corn, and cannellini beans add vitamins and fibre. A great one to batch cook and freeze.

Ingredients

  • 2 small carrots, chopped

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels

  • 400g can drained cannellini beans

  • 110g canned salmon in spring water

  • ¼ cup water

Method

  1. Boil or steam carrots and corn until tender, drain.

  2. Blend veges with cannellini beans, salmon and water, until smooth.

  3. Spoon into ice trays and freeze.
