Salmon And Kumara Puree

This salmon and kumara puree is a lovely creamy meal for your baby. The tinned salmon provides omega-3 and protein, while the kumara and carrot add natural sweetness along with vitamin A, C and fibre. Use no added salt salmon to keep it baby-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup kumara, chopped and steamed

  • 1 cup carrot (or courgette), chopped and steamed

  • 200g tinned salmon (no added salt)

Method

  1. Steam veges until soft. Add kumara, carrot (or courgette) and salmon to a food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Spoon into ice trays and freeze.
