Fish Puree

White fish is a lovely mild protein to introduce to your baby. It’s gentle in flavour and blends into a beautifully smooth puree. Introducing fish early is also great for allergen exposure. Fish is also a good source of omega-3s, iodine and vitamin D.

Ingredients

  • 1–2 boneless white fish fillets

Method

  1. Remove any bones from 1–2 fish fillets.

  2. Pan fry with around ½ cup water until cooked through, around 10 minutes.

  3. Blend with a little cooking water into a smooth consistency.

  4. Spoon into ice trays and freeze.
